Creative Kit - My Creative Scrapbook

Here is the July Creative Kit from My Creative Scrapbook. I LOVE this kit...filled with October Afternoon papers, Jenni Bowlin die cut, lots of chipboard including these wonderful cherries, Prima flowers, felt trim.... lots of wonderful goodies! Here are the projects that I completed with it.

Time for some cherry tea: This is Larissa having a cherry tea party with her little friend 'horsey'. LOL. This is one of her favourite pastimes.

It's a good life: This is an old photo of DH with Larissa and her cousin while flying kites in Spring '07.

The Orchard: I have a lot of apply orchard layouts from the Fall 2008...probably because I took close to 1000 pictures while we were there!

I looped a piece of ribbon behind the apple die cut to look like a stem :)

And here is my second ever sketch! I made this for the Summer Sketch Challenge at My Creative Scrapbook. I would love for you come play along and post the layout that you make with this sketch! You can use the Creative Kit from My Creative Scrapbook or things from your own stash..either way is fine!

Here is the layout that I made to go along with the sketch - Carry Me

If you like these blinged out cherries, check out my tutorial on how to create them.

Thanks for the tutorial on the glittering. I've since purchased the 24 piece Martha glitter set and have used it a couple of times this week!! So excited for a new technique...I have to try not to go overboard. I have yet to buy the gloss for over top...did you get that here on PEI?? I used the Martha Stewart glittering glue to adhere the glitter.
